
Where in the World Am I?

Some mornings, I roll over, pry open my dry eyes, glance around the dark room, and ask myself, “Where in the world am I?” That question has many levels of meaning, but in this instance it is literal. We travel so much during some periods each year that I can’t remember in which city or country I am.
More than a decade ago, we felt compelled to serve the Jewish people. Our congregation launched us out to Odessa, Ukraine to start a Bible school. After many hills, valley, and a few mountain tops, the MJBI was birthed in 1996. Now almost 14 years later, we have Bible schools in Ukraine, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Korea, Mexico, Israel, and Ethiopia. You can read about our humble beginnings here.
The calling on our life affords us the opportunity to travel extensively. and this blog contains a bit of our journey.
January through March 2009, my husband and I are traveling in Cyprus, Israel, and Ukraine. Currently we are renting a house in the Troodos mountains of Cyprus.

I’v been sitting her for about the last hour reading about where you’ve been and what you’ve been doing and I am so moved and actually am just about crying and am not at all sure why I am so overwhelmed, but I am.
