The Jewish Voice medical team outreach recently in Ethiopia opened the clinic in Addis Ababa specifically to the Beta Avrahama and Beta Israel people who are part of the Kechene community, an impoverished district in the capital city. They are a group of about 50,000… the all but forgotten Black Jewish Ethiopians. Some trace their ancestry to Menelik, the alleged son of King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba. Others believe they are direct descendents of Dan, one of the 12 tribes of Israel; and still others say both claims are false. They believe the Ethiopian Jews descended from Moses, having separated from the children of Israel after the Exodus and traveled southward to the Arabian coastlands.
Although definite origins are unclear, strong Hebraic influence is evident within Ethiopian culture. From primitive villages to cities, it is not uncommon to find Stars of David engraved on buildings like Orthodox churches or attached to grass huts. The national language, Amharic, is a Semitic language, with many Hebrew root words. Some have kept Jewish traditions for centuries; others have embraced the Orthodox Church and mixed traditions. Some are true Messianic believers, and others still are strong Zionists who believe in nothing but the state of Israel.
A rabbinical decision from Israel declared that the Ethiopian Jews indeed were Jewish. Therefore, in 1984, the government airlifted 25,000 Ethiopian Jews to Israel, but they left many sick, orphaned, and elderly behind. Those, who remain, live in deplorable conditions. Truly, they are the poorest of the poor and desperate to hear a word of hope.
Ethiopian Gentiles call them falashans or “strangers”-the foulest slur in their society. Some say they possess the “evil eye.” The majority fear their Jewish countrymen will clamp eyes upon them with an evil gaze, bringing curses. Ethiopian Jews are shunned and despised… They cannot obtain work permits. This has developed into a downward spiral of poverty and disease for centuries.
In years past, these groups were traditionally protected by Ethiopian royalty. There were potters, artisans, and weavers and known for their beautiful handcrafts. Today they still produce beautiful pottery and hand woven garments in primitive conditions.

Even the white European has not got a traced back of there Jewish originality. Except they are man made Jewish heritage only for political rezone rather than for anthropological facts.
Never -ever seen white as a Jewish despite of all generation has passed.
